The game is about helping to clean up trash among the least supported citizens, addressing their living conditions and providing them with necessary services such as housing assistance or sanitation systems in order for everyone's safety. Additionally it emphasizes a community alliance between housed (or those who have stable homes) and houseless individuals trying to improve each other
