The Moon Princess was a noblewoman who sunk in salty water over 100 years ago while transporting
gold from an island villa to her sister on another ship called Sea Serpent or Shadow of Night. Her
treasure has since become the Salt Encrusted Wasteland, and there are other hunters that seek it out
as well with their own motives: financial gain (gold), recognition for discovering something
previously unknown, personal satisfaction in searching through the salt marsh, etc. The story also
includes a fictional creature called Sea Serpentine named Shadow of Night from another version or an
actual shipwreck discovery by explorer Jason Cordova and Jesse Ross on "Sea of Dust".The entry was
selected as one out of two finalists for 2021 Trophy Gold Incursion Contest based off its
description alone, but the first runner-up award went to a different story. It features
illustrations that include creatures from both versions: Sea Serpentine or Shadow of Night in an
alien world with sea life and other elements adapted by living on land such as arid landscapes
inhabited by strange beings like giant crabs, tarantulas, birds, and scorpions called Migrators who
