This makes the hexes ideal for incorporation in fleshed out settings, to be run as small self-contained adventure locations, or in a larger overarching thread. Rather than a hex-crawl, each location is thought as a place where players can interact and adventure as players are always running into things as they happen. The locations are pre-populated with hooks, adventures and places to set a dungeon in.
