WitaSY Real Estate Agency is a solo or co-op tabletop roleplaying game about managing and selling properties in the fantasy world of WitaSy. Players take on roles as agents, navigating through an ever expanding realm to manage their businesses while exploring new territories for deals with customers looking for property they can trade resources (money) towards building up your business empire and potentially earn profits by upgrading facilities or hiring additional employees like sales associates who help you find more clients in the marketplace. The game is designed around a standard 52-card deck, using physical copies as well as downloadable demos that are fully playable on any device with access to an internet connection but may come at limited capacity depending upon how many people can be accommodated through this format (physical or digital).
