  The dwarves would like the humans to ship them better mead.   The Goblins would like to eradicate everyone, the elves would prefer if the humans left, Redbeach would prefer if everyone paid them taxes, and the Imperial settlors would like to bring them all to heel under the banner of Sargon.   While no one actively pursues these goals, at present, the peace is begrudging and one of convenience – shrugging and pointing at other threats is a good excuse for leadership to keep the peace while stoking political passions.
