Belo ng i is an R p-playing G ame for 2–6 players, where you play characters living with mental health issues and struggling in suburbia. The game takes place outside a town called Swamp Strange that was devastated by austerity cuts over 10 years ago; it's the setting of How to Embrace A Swamp Creature, which is supported through immersion via train travel connected to nearby city centers as well as an old magic pervades its strange wetlands and streets filled with unusual creatures. The game focuses on building relationships between characters while exploring their connections within a group dynamic where they've spent years together due to circumstances beyond personal control: the loss of friends after moving away from Swamp Strange is what makes them special, even if context has been destroyed by time apart as well as societal pressures and expectations about how people should be.
